Traffic is building up after a crash this morning on the M60 near the Stockport Pyramid.
Two lanes are closed on the clockwise lane between the first intersection for Travis Brow and the second intersection for Stockport Road.
According to the traffic alarm service Inrix, the congestion is again at junction 27.
There is slow traffic in the area and congestion occurs.
In a tweet, Highways England North West said, “Clockwise lanes # M60 # J1 (# A5145 #Stockport) through # J2 (#Cheadle) 2 have been closed due to a collision.
“@NWAmbulance are currently on site, traffic officials are on their way to the region to help.
“Overload builds on the approach.”
