The Manchester Evening News reports that three people – a man aged 63, a woman aged 56 and a man aged 28 – were negligently arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after their death. Police said they have since been released as part of an investigation.
Police were first made aware of a “sudden death” on property in Arley Grove at around 4pm on Monday, March 22nd.
Forensic scientists entered the house and took photos.
Later that evening, three people were ushered off the property and put in a police van, neighbors said.
A neighbor who was watching said the older man shouted, “You are arresting me, I did nothing wrong.”
