The Light Cinema Stockport announces reopening

Light Cinema Stockport has announced it will reopen on Monday, May 17, 2021 and is looking forward to welcoming guests again, as per government guidelines.

After a challenging year, The Light is pleased to be able to open its doors again and to offer its guests a fantastic large-screen experience with the same high level of security.

In addition, and in accordance with the government’s new test and trace rules,
Light will also collect the contact details of all guests over 16.

Opening with greats like Godzilla Vs Kong, Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, the BAFTA and Oscar-winning Sound of Metal and Nomadland as well as a very special 40-year anniversary performance of Raiders of the Lost Ark, to name just a few. Guests can also look forward to A Quiet Place Part II, Black Widow, Fast & Furious 9, The Suicide Squad, and No Time to Die, all of which will grace their screens later this year.

In addition to the outstanding film panel, the venue will again offer a range of hand-made pizzas, burgers and desserts as well as all the usual cinema favorites.
